  • 1 medium, chopped tomato
  • 0.5 medium, thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 medium, sliced avocado
  • 4 tablespoons Whole30-compliant mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
