  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Grate the cauliflower using a box grater or food processor until it resembles rice and set aside.
