  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 large Bell pepper
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
  • 8 large Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the sliced chicken and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
