Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 6 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 whole Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
