  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 0.25 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee, melted

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the pickle juice and coconut aminos. Add the chicken pieces, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
