Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork using your hands or a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Add the egg and almond flour to the meat mixture and mix until well combined.
