Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, nutritional yeast, baking soda, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add olive oil and water, and whisk until fully mixed.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Step 5

Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and use your hands to shape it into a flat round or rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 6

Sprinkle the top with rosemary and black pepper, pressing them gently into the dough.

Step 7

Using your fingers, make dimples all over the surface of the dough, creating the characteristic focaccia texture.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly on a wire rack before cutting into squares and serving.
