Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 units garlic cloves
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cleaning the cauliflower. Remove the leaves and stem, and cut the cauliflower into florets.

Step 2

In a large pot, add the cauliflower florets and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 3

Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium, cover, and allow the cauliflower to cook for about 10 minutes or until it's very tender.

Step 4

While the cauliflower is cooking, peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 5

In a small saucepan, melt the ghee over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
