  • 1 large tomato
  • 12 pieces fresh basil leaves
  • 1 large avocado

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the Romaine lettuce leaves and set them aside on a clean work surface.

Step 2

Slice the tomato into thin, even slices.

Step 3

Half and peel the avocado, then slice it into thin strips.

Step 4

Take two lettuce leaves and slightly overlap them, forming the base of the sandwich wrap.

Layer 3 fresh basil leaves on top of the lettuce.
