  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and slice the yams into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

Arrange the yam slices in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
