  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 large, chopped Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, wash, and slice it thinly.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the hot oil. Let them sizzle for about 30 seconds until they start to pop.

Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they become translucent.
