  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies

Directions

Step 1

Start by shredding the cabbage finely using a sharp knife or a mandolin slicer.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the coconut oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add the urad dal and cook until it turns golden brown.
