  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice
