  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 large Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Coconut milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lightly and mix in olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
