  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Dates

Directions

Step 1

Pit and chop the dates into small pieces.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar, apple juice, and coconut aminos over medium heat.

Stir in the chopped dates, mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and salt.
