  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Fresh ginger
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by peeling the bottle gourd and cutting it into small cubes. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the pan. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Minced the garlic and ginger, then add them to the pan. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
