  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by flattening the chicken breasts: Place each breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet until they are approximately 1/2 inch thick.
