  • 500 grams blackcurrants

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the blackcurrants thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris.

Place the clean blackcurrants in a medium-sized saucepan.

Add the apple juice and lemon juice to the saucepan with the blackcurrants.
