Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 Russet Potato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour

Directions

Step 1

Peel and grate the russet potatoes. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the dried grated potatoes with 2 tablespoons of coconut flour, a pinch of salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Form the potato mixture into 4 patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook 4 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels.

In a separate skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Fry the eggs to your preference (sunny-side-up works great).

Slice the avocado and tomato.
