Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the beetroots, then finely chop them into small cubes.

Step 2

Slice the onion thinly, slit the green chilies, and crush the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Step 4

Add mustard seeds to the hot oil and allow them to crackle for a few seconds.

Add curry leaves, sliced onion, and sauté until the onions become translucent.
