Ingredients

  • 1 pound Grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 8 large pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Homemade guacamole
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until it's translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until it’s browned, about 8-10 minutes.

Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and coconut aminos, mixing well to combine the flavors.

In a separate pan, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat and add the cauliflower rice.
