Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium Zucchini, spiralized into noodles
  • 0.5 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 cups Beef bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 whole Scallions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 whole Lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the thinly sliced beef and season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
