Ingredients

  • 4 large zucchini
  • 0.5 cup coconut aminos

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 large carrot
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.

Step 2

Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchinis to create 'noodles'. Set these aside.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
