In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir in ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Add coconut aminos and grated sweet potato to the beef mixture. Cook for 5 minutes until the sweet potato is tender. Remove from heat and let it cool.
For the dough, combine coconut flour, arrowroot flour, and almond flour in a large bowl.
