Slice the beef sirloin steak into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
In a medium bowl, combine beef strips with the arrowroot starch, coating evenly. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
