  • 8 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 small Garlic clove, minced
  • 0.5 piece Jalapeño, chopped and deseeded

Directions

Step 1

Marinate the cod fillets by combining them with lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat well and set aside for 10 minutes.
