Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Whisk until well incorporated.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs then add the apple cider vinegar and water. Mix until combined.

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or on the stovetop until it's liquid but not hot.
