  • 4 pieces Nori sheets
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 2 stalks Scallions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Break the cauliflower into florets and place in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice.

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a skillet over medium heat. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly cooked and tender.
