  • 2 tablespoons Sparkling water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef and ground lamb.

Add the minced garlic, finely grated onion, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, baking soda, and sparkling water to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands or a wooden spoon until well combined.
