  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw cashews, raw almonds, and raw sunflower seeds.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and sea salt.

Step 4

Pour the liquid mixture over the nuts and seeds, stirring well to ensure even coating.

Step 5

Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Cut the nori sheets into small, bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
