  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Place the cauliflower rice in a food processor and blend until the texture resembles fine couscous.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended cauliflower rice, coconut milk, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.

Stir in the baking soda and salt, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
