Ingredients

  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 cup Soybean chunks

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Set aside.

Step 2

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the soybean chunks, simmer for 10 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.

Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, cooking until they start to splutter.
