  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Start by draining the 14 oz block of firm tofu. Wrap it in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object on top, such as a skillet, to press out the excess moisture for about 10 minutes.

While the tofu is being pressed, in a small bowl, mix together 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp sea salt, and 0.25 tsp ground black pepper.
