Directions

Step 1

Using a spiralizer, make zucchini noodles with the 4 medium zucchinis and set them aside.

Peel and thinly slice 4 garlic cloves.

Chop 0.25 cup of fresh parsley.

Zest and juice one lemon, keeping them separate.
