  • 150 grams light brown sugar
  • 50 grams granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the other ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
