  • 4 pieces Bone-in pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 quarter cup Heavy cream
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, ground black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
