Ingredients

  • 750 ml dry white wine
  • 60 ml orange liqueur (such as triple sec)
  • 240 ml club soda
  • 30 ml simple syrup
  • 1 medium, sliced orange
  • 1 medium, sliced lemon
  • 1 medium, sliced lime
  • 1 medium, cored and sliced green apple
  • 100 g, hulled and sliced fresh strawberries
  • 6 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced orange, lemon, lime, green apple, and strawberries. Gently muddle the fruit with a wooden spoon to release some of their juices.

Step 2

Pour the dry white wine, orange liqueur, and simple syrup into the pitcher. Stir well to combine.

Step 3

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 4

Just before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher and gently stir. Taste the sangria and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired.

Step 5

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice, making sure to include some fruit in each glass.

Step 6

Garnish each glass with a mint leaf and serve chilled. Enjoy!
