  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz Heavy cream

  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 stick Cinnamon stick (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Fill an old-fashioned glass or lowball glass with 1 cup of ice cubes.

Step 2

Pour 2 oz of vodka and 1 oz of coffee liqueur over the ice.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl or a cup, combine 1 oz of heavy cream, 0.25 tsp of ground cinnamon, 0.25 tsp of ground nutmeg, and 0.25 tsp of vanilla extract. Stir well to incorporate the spices and vanilla.

Step 4

Slowly pour the spiced cream mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass, allowing it to gently float on top of the vodka and coffee liqueur mixture. This creates a layered effect.
