Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast (sliced thinly)
  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup Spinach (fresh)
  • 0.5 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

Step 3

Spread the chicken mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a large, even crust about 1/4-inch thick.

Step 4

Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside.

While the crust bakes, heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
