Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Pour the melted butter into the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly and evenly moistened.

Step 4

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan to form an even base layer. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it out.

Step 5

Bake the base for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven to cool slightly while you prepare the filling.

Step 6

In a small saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of the white chocolate chips. Place over low heat and stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Step 7

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 8

Pour the white chocolate mixture evenly over the pre-baked crust, spreading it out with a spatula if needed.

Step 9

Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cups of white chocolate chips and the crushed graham crackers over the top for added texture.

Step 10

Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the topping is set.

Step 11

Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours to fully set.

Step 12

Once chilled, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into 16 squares and serve.

Step 13

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
