Directions

Step 1

Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.

Chop the white chocolate into small, even pieces to ensure smooth melting. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

Fill a small saucepan with a few inches of water and bring it to a gentle simmer. Place the heatproof bowl with the chocolate over the saucepan, ensuring the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir frequently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
