Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter fully and let it cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
