  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar, optional for serving)
  • 1 cup tortilla chips (optional for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
