  • 2 cups Cooked white rice

  • 0.5 cups Milk
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.75 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cooked white rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 0.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
