  • 4 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup pasta shells or ditalini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
