Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned cannellini beans
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts (canned or jarred, drained)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the cannellini beans and set them aside.

Step 2

Drain the artichoke hearts and roughly chop them into smaller pieces.

In a food processor, add the cannellini beans, artichoke hearts, garlic cloves, lemon juice, and olive oil.
