Ingredients

  • 2 cups (crushed) Vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Pecans (finely chopped)
  • 0.333 cup Whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons Light corn syrup
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar (optional, for rolling)

Directions

Step 1

Place the vanilla wafer cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, you can place them in a resealable bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into crumbs.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and finely chopped pecans. Stir to mix evenly.

In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix the whiskey and light corn syrup until combined.
