  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 cup Wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves.

Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the water mixture. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy, indicating the yeast is activated.

In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, wheat germ, and salt.
