  • 2 stalks Green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water (as needed)
  • 1 bag or handful Plantain chips or fresh vegetable sticks (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, add the black beans, coconut milk, lime juice, garlic cloves, and Scotch bonnet pepper.

Add the ground allspice, ground cumin, salt, olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of the chopped cilantro.
