Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the tortellini cooks, heat the olive oil in a medium-sized non-stick skillet over medium heat.
